Error code "0x40b" when trying to launch the Xbox App on Windows 10

For the past week I have been unable to successfully launch the Xbox App on Windows 10 because of the error code "0x40b". Just before receiving the error code when the "Connecting..." window pops up it turns dark grey and says "You are not connected to the
internet - check your network connection and try again. - 1."

I'm clearly connected to internet as I wouldn't be able to type this otherwise.

What do I to fix this?

P.S. the first day this occurred, the error code was "0x405," since then it has been "0x40b."

Win10 Hub Xbox Insider. Impossible to run the app.

Hi,

I'm trying to launch the Hub Xbox Insider on Windows 10, to install Sea Of Thieves and everytime i launch the app, i've got this message :

"Unspecified error (Excep_FromHResult 0x80004005) (0x80004005)"

Same thing with Xbox App !

Any suggestions ?

To summarize, try to see if you can log into www.xbox.com. If you're able to log in, please try updating the app. If you get an error while logging into the website, please contact our support team at www.xbox.com/support.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an error code 0x80073CF3 when you try to download and launch games. Make sure the game has proper permissions to launch, follow this article to enable administrative permissions:

App Permissions - Windows 10.
