I have been trying to access the xbox one store and gold for two days now and just keep getting the message, "Try that again. Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help" code 0x00001f4, CV Crgyq/N9GUyd0k2T.

Tried waiting, but nothing happens.

Tried resetting the console, but again keep getting the same message.

Can anyone help??

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Usually, when there is a problem accessing the Xbox Store on the console it means the operating system on the console is incomplete. This occurs when a system update fails to download properly. The solution
is to allow the console download the update for the operating system again. This can be done by doing a soft factory reset. This is the type of factory reset that keeps your games and applications installed, but will remove all accounts on the console. Therefore,
the email addresses and passwords of those accounts must be known before this step can be taken. An article on our website,

How to Factory Reset an Xbox One, will explain how to complete the process. Once you have chosen to factory reset, please select the option that says "Keep My Games & Apps." Be sure to let us know the results!

If the attempted soft factory reset does not assist, a full factory reset may be attempted.

As stated within the How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One article:

Reset and remove everything as a last resort.
