Discus and support Error Code 0x00000001 on Xbox game pass on PC in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Followed online guides and cannot fix.     Error Code 0x00000001 on Xbox game pass on PC


    Followed online guides and cannot fix.

    Tried

    Error 0x80073D26 or 0x00000001 occurs when you try to install, update, or launch a game on a Windows 10 device | Xbox Support

    DOES NOT WORK.

    I reset the Microsoft store, Xbox App, and Gaming services.

    Removed and re-installed those apps as well.

    I Re-installed all windows updates. including 21H2

    Removed the GamingService and GamingServiceNet Key entry in registry as per xbox support

    Rebooted and reinstalled any updates in Microsoft Store.

    Gave myself FullControl Permissions of the windowsapps folder.

    Verified that the .GameingRoot file is present.

    Synced system clock. Verified Logins for Microsoft store and Xbox match.

    Is there anything else I should be trying?

    Unable to download game services

    I'm having the error code 0x00000001 as well. Can't download any games from game pass even though I have an active subscription.

    Please try using a different network, it could be a mobile hotspot, also try changing the DNS on the PC

    If this is something that started happen recently you could try to restore the PC to a different point before it started and then update it again

    Select the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Settings.

    Select Update & Security > Check for updates.

    Select View optional updates, and then select update KB5004476 from the list.

    Select Download and install.

    Once the update is complete, restart your device.

    You should now be able to install, update, and launch games.

    I have every update installed and dont have anymore optional updates available. I attempted to install through windows catalogue and it says its not applicable to my computer. There is not one for 21h2. I tried the 20H2 and 21H1. If I am reading the release notes right it doesn't apply to my build. I am running 21H2 OS build 19044.1645. That update seems to only apply to OS Builds 19041.1055, 19042.1055, and 19043.1055.

    Please advise.
