    I've been having the same error with the entire game pass app. I can't download any game and I've tried so many fixes. I've tried the basics: checking for windows/driver updates, reinstalling both the xbox app and the ms store through powershell, using the WSReset command, doing sfc /scannow command, using the terminate, repair and reset options in the apps and features section. Then I've tried a reinstall of windows, the getappxpackage command on powershell, checking for errors in both of my drives and there's probably other things I'm forgetting.. Does anyone have another possible fix?

    I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    Hi there AsteriodRiper87 welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Okay try this: Open the Settings app (the gear in the start menu)

    Open Accounts

    Click Sign-in Options

    Scroll down to Privacy

    Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    Restart your PC

    Weird! Then if you did also a full reset I would recommend contacting Xbox for support!

    Hey! Reporting back I fixed my problem!

    The solution in the Reddit post didn't work but what I did do was install the Xbox App. In doing so I was able to try and install the game in the App. This gave me another Error code (0x00000001). After looking it up I followed this troubleshooting guide:

    For me Solution 3 worked. After Resetting my internet connection I was able to download and install the game on my PC!
