Try a power cycle. Hold the Xbox button on the console while it is on for 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug the console from the mains for around 3 minutes. Plug it in, boot it back up and then see if minecraft installs.

Still the same it requires an update,is an update mandatory before installing the game

The link you directed me to is for a code 80820002. Judging by appearance, they seem to be similar, but are they? As result of some Googling, the 8082000c seems to generally be associated with backwards compatibility issues, and, in addition, other games
are reading fine, so I’m doubtful that it’s a reader error. It IS having issues on other Xbox and Xbox 360 games, however.

Odd additional detail: the Blu-ray Disc app will read it. Won’t play it, but it will read.
