    Error Code 03-57-00 Unreadable Disc


    My Xbox 360 quit reading all of my games today. The support page is full of crap. I was playing Fallout New Vegas when it froze up and after restarting, it wouldn't read it after multiple tries, having it cleaned and other games that hadn't been opened until
    now didn't work. I got my Xbox 360 for Christmas in 2012 and I haven't opened it. I tried everything the support page suggested with cleaning the disc AND clearing the system Cache. It doesn't work.

    Error Code 03-57-00 Unreadable Disc

    If you tried all of that and it's still not working then your optical drive has failed and your console needs to be serviced.
