getting error codes when purchasing overwatch boxes.

money in my account.

followed instructions and took it to error help.

no codes recognized. entered in both multiple times.

this is frustrating. makes me want a ps4.

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet for a minute then plug it back in and try it again.

Another option would be to go to settings, console and updates and do a factory reset but remember to choose to keep all content.
