will items from VIP rewards be added to the new rewards system?

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their policies. You could try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website and letting them know that you'd
like to see this as a possible prize. Regarding earning more Gems, as stated in the transition FAQ, it is no longer possible to earn more Gems.

i was intrested in getting the Bishoujo Mass Effect Tali statue (for 3,500 gems) but i only have 230 gems, any chance it will be apart of the new reward system so i can try to earn it there? if not then how big of a purches would i need to make to get 3500
gems in time to earn the statue before its gone?

New activity takes up to 96 hours to be processed. Since you only had recently changed from Portugal to Spain, we had not yet received that information. We now require a billable account to deposit into.

A billing account can be set up for an Xbox Live Free member on the Xbox One console, no credit card required, using the instructions at: (Actualizar la información de contacto de facturación en línea). After you set
up your account using this method, it should take 4-5 days for the information to get through all our servers. You should be able to register after that point!

None of them were related to Microsoft. None of them were related to the error message that I was facing. Is there an error in the rewards system?

I hope the error was for good and they added some new servers to their system

OP errors happen. They will fix it.

There is a wait time for the rewards to be added. Check the rewards website to see if they've been added or post in the rewards section of the forums for further assistance.
