Purchased BO3 DLC, recieved an error leading to me not getting DLC, and was still charged for my DLC!

This morning I logged onto my Xbox One, went to buy the new Awakening DLC, and received an error, however I was still charged $14.99 for something it didn't give me. Please help.

I'm using single player survivor mode. I get to the area where the bomb thing is and touch the bomb. I end up getting a major hallucination, and each and every time get my head chopped off. The feeders aren't the problem. It's the hack saw guys that I can't
wound that do most of the damage. Any ideas on how to get through this part?
Spoilers maybe

Gotta shot the glowing yellow marker to do damage to him he'll kneel somewhere after you destroy it and you can shot him.
Thanks. I'll try it again.
