Error at creating a Minecraft Realm

Hey, I just got the Realms Plus free 30 days trial, but it didn't seem to work, it said "Something went wrong. Your purchase has been succesful, but we couldn't create your realm. We will create it as soon as possible. Check it out later on your device", it has been hours since that, and I can't fix it in any way. I would be glad if someone helped me with that.

Thanks for the update. You will need to reach out to Mojang support. As the purchase is through them for the realms.

This could be an issue with your network connection. If you can share with us what platform you are on, we can provide the appropriate troubleshooting techniques to be able to address this.

Did you already create the realm? Or make a previous world into a realm? Are you signed in on the account that created the realm?

I started the 30 days realm trial in minecraft but i keep getting this error message:

Something Went Wrong

your purchase succeeded, but we couldnt create your realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possibe. Check back later on this device.

Its been over a day and i keep getting this message.

Will it be resolved soon? Is it normal?

Is there a way to fix it?
