Error al sincronizar datos del juego [Error synchronizing game data]

Al momento de entrar al juego y sincronizar datos marca error de datos y me manda este codigo 0x838601e7 y no puedo jugar el juego

Solution 2: Restart your console

Turn off your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button
 on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button
 on your console to turn it back on.

Solution 3: Clear your locally saved data
1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings >
  System > Storage.
3. Select Clear local saved games.
4. If that didn’t help, try the solutions in
  Syncing Xbox One game saves to the cloud error messages.

los demas DLC estan dentro del juego tienes que entrar al juego entras a campaña o multijugador y te va a enviar a una pestaña de descargas y hay estan los DLC de datos 1 multijugador 2 y operacion
