en la pag de xbox ve a la seccion de soporte y desde ahi puedes comunicarte con ellos ya sea en llamada, chat o correo

yo te recomiendo chat a mi me han solucionado muy bien y rapido desde ahi

¿Tiene su xbox leer otros juegos? si es así ¿ha tratado de reproducir el disco en otro aniversario de Halo xbox para ver si otro lo puede leer. Si aún así no puede ser leído entonces el problema puede estar en el disco y se lo recomendaría a tomarlo de nuevo
y cambiarlo por un nuevo disco.

Tengo un problema similar con el Dance Central 3 solo que a mi me dice "abrir la bandeja".Puedo leer cualquier otro juego. El disco esta en perfectas condiciones.

Translation: I have a very similar problem but the error: it says "open optical drive(not sure about the translation, but it refres to de dvd-rom)"I can read any other game.the surface of the disc is perfect(no scratches).
