You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

If that doesn't work another option is a soft reset. Go to settings, All settings, System, Console info, Reset keeping games and app.

I would check if there is anything listed on the
Xbox Live Services Status page here, and if nothing is listed there, I would try fully powering down the console by pressing the Xbox button down for 10 seconds, then disconnect all accessories or extra items except for power and HDMI, and then power it
up and see if there is still an issue. Let us know if that doesn't change anything.
