error al canjear un código [Translation: Failed to redeem a code]

    Hola, buenas tardes.

    [Translation: Hello, good afternoon.

I write because my brother gave me via Xbox a game and when trying to redeem that code I skip the following error: contact the seller to get the code that works in your Region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed.]

    :)

    Hi,

What happens when you try to redeem the code on your Xbox 360 console?

    Translation:

That means the code of the game is from another region. Is a xbox one game or xbox 360 game?

    Hello Maverick

Due to the code is bought in different region, you will not be able to use it unfortunately. You can have your friend call and request a refund for the game due to you cant redeem. He then can send you the money for the game itself, that would be the best
    option in this instance.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks
