Les escribo debido a que mi hermano me regaló vía xbox un juego y al intentar canjear dicho código me salta el siguiente error:

Póngase en contacto con el vendedor para obtener el código que funciona en tu región. Este código se compró en una región diferente y no se puede canjear.

Hola ami si me llego el codigo por 90$ el problemas esque me arroja un error al querer canjearlo.

(Games) and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

Quiere decir que el juego fue comprado en otra región. Tendrías que ponerte en contacto con el vendedor para que te lo habilite en tu región ya que esta restringido.

Due to the code is bought in different region, you will not be able to use it unfortunately. You can have your friend call and request a refund for the game due to you cant redeem. He then can send you the money for the game itself, that would be the best
option in this instance.
