    I honestly do not know how to fix this, because of this I have not been able to make my purchase. I tried to look for some kind of Microsoft support and all I got was a virtual assistant that doesn't help me at all.

    In advance thank you very much if someone can help me with this, it is a purchase for $500 CLP. (Chile account)



    Llevo intentando toda la semana agregar mi tarjeta para comprar una suscripción a Game Pass for PC. Pero me ha sido imposible ya que cada vez que ingreso los datos me devuelve el mensaje de:

    Sinceramente no se como solucionar esto, debido a ello no he podido realizar mi compra. Intenté buscar algún tipo de soporte de Microsoft y lo único que conseguí fue un asistente virtual que no me ayuda

    Si el problema persiste puede deberse a que el banco no lo autoriza o haya fallas en el servicio. Te sugeriría esperar un día y volver a intentar

    Me paso lo mismo la semana pasada, lo que me resulto fue crear una cuenta nueva y meter mi Visa cuenta rut y asi la tomo. (desde la consola directamente) y pude comprar el Xbox live gold por 1 mes a 6.990 desde mi cuenta normal no me dejo. saludos de Chile.

    Me imagino que la tratas de anadir en tu cuenta microsoft en la web?

    Checa que la tienda o la cuenta microsoft esten localizadas en el mismo pais de donde la tarjeta es. Lo puedes cambiar entrando a tu cuenta y en configuracion.

    Intenta eso y me dices si no te funciona.
