Sinceramente no se como solucionar esto, debido a ello no he podido realizar mi compra. Intenté buscar algún tipo de soporte de Microsoft y lo único que conseguí fue un asistente virtual que no me ayuda

Checa que la tienda o la cuenta microsoft esten localizadas en el mismo pais de donde la tarjeta es. Lo puedes cambiar entrando a tu cuenta y en configuracion.

Intenta eso y me dices si no te funciona.
