Error Acquiring Games With Gold title

Hello,

Whenever I try to acquire a Games With Gold title while they are free I get the error "SVC-Service-CreateOrder

2luGDMq2yESOJNZu.35.5". This error persists on different browsers, as well as on different days.

I am using Windows 10. Any ideas? My sub has not run out, by the way.

Nz and Australia has one of the most restrictive content laws in the world probably as much as germany

That's because of your content laws not. Just Xbox

Nz requires content to have a rating

Indie content usually doesn't because it costs money to send it to a ratings board per region

Same here, trying to buy a game results in PBR9002 error every time.

Weirdly enough I used the same method before to acquire games and even renew the Gold account.

Does anyone have a conclusive answer to this issue?

I got Rayman Legends with Games with Gold a while back. I reinstalled the game yesterday and when I try to play it, I get this error:

I have Xbox Live Gold, done a forced power cycle, removed and reinstalled my account and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Any help?

Xbox One games acquired via Games with Gold do require an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, but as far as I know Xbox 360 games acquired via Games with Gold do not.

Gold is only required to play online on the console. It wouldn't cause you to lose access to any games unless you acquired the games through Games with Gold.
