    Error 8C150009 also comes when I try the other LIVE account links. Also had to start a download on XBOX.COM from my PC, since my XBOX360 Pro did not, as usual, automatic download the new game, I invested in yesterday.

    I also sough that others have had this problem long time ago....

    Is this "LIVE-ID Account" maybe a service that will not exist in near future?

    Hope everyone gets their errors out of the BOX, and play for the money they spent.

    I just bought my Xbox 360 yesterday and am trying to buy the Gold membership on my Xbox and I keep getting this error code after I have entered all my billing information.

    Also when I try to enter my billing info on the Xbox website, via my PC, I get an error code after I enter it all on there too.

    Anybody got any fixes?

    the same here: getting on profile tab in setting, results always in error-message: 8C150009, as status can't be loaded... Also I've no access to Gold content, which I've just bought yesterday via Win10-xbox-app... Can you help? Thanks in advance!

    Hi.

    I was getting the error code 80190848, when trying to renew my gold membership but, also when I was trying to download anything from the marketplace.

    I have since activated a 48 hour code so I can play online for now at least but when I try to renew Gold membership now I get a different error message... This time it says something like. "There is a problem with your account. Go to
    https://account.live.com to resolve it... There appears to be no helpful info here at all
