    Hi, I have not used my account in a while and tired to sign in and play today and got the error code Error 831188FE. I went to account.live.com and updated proofs and personal info. I also deleted gt cleared cache three times and redownloaded gt. I still
    can't log in on the console. On the console it ask me to sign in using email and pass. After entering info it then gives the error and prevents me from signing in. My husband logs in to his account on the console so I know it's not the problem. Your help is
    appreciated.
