    Hi,

    I have a problem with my account.I changed my account age as my account age was under 18.Now it is more than 18 as my parents use my account too.The problem is,I left the family I was in while still being a child account.I used a different account and created
    a new family as an adult then added my account as an adult,but then when I logged in to my Xbox it said I had no friends and also when I tried going on my account settings i had the error "8015D080".How do I fix that?

    Can't accept terms of use, parent email does not exist...

    when i go to view the terms of use on my xbox i get the error 8015D080

    The error code you posted means that you must call support as there is an issue with your account/console.

    I've managed to recover the account via my login, but when I sign in and goto Account Security it gives me a code 8015D080 error.
