Error 8015190A trying to download profile on Xbox 360

Issue started when I was testing some original Xbox games I picked up. When I tried to play Prince of Persia:The Warrior Within I got a compatibility error. When I closed the error window and ejected the disk to try another game I got a message saying I
was logged out of Xbox Live. I tried to log back in and I got my first 8015190A error trying to log back in.

I looked it up and tried the following.

Checked Xbox status: All good.

Changed my avatar: No effect still unable to log in.

Hard Reset console by holding power button 8 seconds & unplugging.: No change still unable to log in.

Reset Router: No change still unable to login.

Deleted my Gamer Profile from Xbox hard drive then tried to redownload.: Made it worse, before I couldn't login to Xbox live. Now I can't even access my save games. Now I get the error when trying to download my profile. I can enter my email & password &
I can see my profile listed under Xbox live. But when I start the download the progress bar moves maybe and 8th of the way then errors out with the Error 8015190A message again.

Tried all of the above again: Still no change.

Changed my password: No change still unable to download profile.

Changed my Gamertag : No change still unable to download profile.

Changed my Gamerpic: No change still unable to download profile.

Saw a post stating that some people had issues with long passwords and got this error; Changed password again, made it shorter. : No change still unable to download profile.

When all other steps I could find discussed failed, I backed up my saves to a USB drive, copied down my serial number, and Factory Reset my Xbox 360.

:Still no change.

At this point I have exhausted everything I am aware of to try on my end.

Out of curiosity I created a new Xbox Profile under a new email and I was able to download it without error. Tried downloading my real profile while logged into the new test profile & No change still unable to download profile.

However this tells me the issue is probably account side since a different profile was able to download and login without issue. Unfortunately that doesn't restore access to my Xbox live account with games purchased and savegames.

If someone knows of something I haven't tried that can resolve that error please let me know. But I now strongly suspect it's something wrong with my account that I cannot fix without help. But since they are out of service hours I thought I would ask here.
