    Error 80151909 Service Alert


    So i recently turned on my Xbox 360 and it said am disconnected from Live. Went to test my network and it fails on third step between Internet and Live. Below there is yellow exclamation mark next to Service saying Service alert and when i try to sign in
    to my account it says that there is a problem connecting to Live and below says 80151909. I am on WiFi by the way and i try connecting to 3 WiFi signals so it is not network problem. Please help!

    Cant access Live

    did you get an error code 80151909? if nto then the service alert has nothing to do with your issue.

    what errors are you getting?

    Wont' connect to Xbox Live... error status report

    the updated service alert pertains to 80151909 error only.

    Have you been seeing this error?

    .

    Try clearing system cache and power cycling your network for 5 mins.

    (unplug router modem/xbox and pluge in modem first wait till its up then router then xbox to clear system cache press y in storage while primary memory unit is selected then select clear cache).

    As the error mentioned, there was a service alert in regard to the issue you were experiencing. This issue should be cleared up now, if you haven't tried signing back in, please give it another try.

    Well it sounds to my that it is their fault as well but i have this error for 5 days now and nothing changes...
