Thanks for your concern. This error message appeared when I tried to download my perfil (in Spanish), my xbox 360 S is connected at my home network, by wi-fi, I have doing the clearing system cache and power cycling, and reset my network too, but when
I turn on my console again, It is not connect to Xbox live, and when I initiated my session, with my email and my password, a new error message appears: 8015D000.
