    Hello! This problem happened just a while ago, while i were shopping some games in GwG discounts. What may cause this to happen? I never caused problems in XBOX live, nor broke any of the rules. I consider myself a good user since when i bought the console
    (June, xbox 360). I added this support request in both countries, the one i live (Brazilian Xbox Live), and the american forum, for a better timing of response. I thank you for the attention, and the potential help.

    Update: I forgot to add the information, i bought one game, but when i tried to buy one from GwG discounts, the error happens. I recieved the confirmation of the purchase in my email, but in the console, the game isn't on the download list, and the price
    is still there.

    Error 80151015 occurs when you try to sign in to your account

    Problem

    You see the following error code when you try to sign in to your account on your Xbox console:

    Error code: 80151015

    This may mean that your profile is corrupted or your Microsoft account is blocked.

    Solutions

    To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

    •Update your security proofs. Follow the steps at Add and update security proofs for your Microsoft account to update your security proofs. Then, try to sign in again. If you can’t sign in after you have updated your security proofs, use the next procedure

    •Delete your profile and download it again. To delete your profile and download it again, follow the steps at Download, move or delete your Xbox Live profile.

    •Clear the system cache and restart the Xbox console. Here's how:

    1.Press the Guide button on your controller.

    2.Go to Settings and select System Settings.

    3.Select Storage or Memory.

    4.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    5.Select Clear System Cache.

    6.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    7.Restart the Xbox console and try to sign in to your account.

    If you still can’t sign in to your account, contact Xbox Support by clicking the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page.

    Daft, thanks for the response! I believe, the problem fixed itself after i tried anonther game (A DLC in the case). But now, i need to pay for a game i can't download. When i tried to buy Saints Row IV (This month's GwG) the error appeared, and kept me from
    downloading the game. But in all of the pages, Microsoft mentions i bought the game. I paid for a game, and in my console, it doesn't show i bought it (The price is still there). Any suggestions on fixing this problem? :/

    After new hard-drive, xboxlive account does not connect to live.

    We have called support again, and the account is not blocked.

    What you have said about the message meaning the account is blocked is not true according to the documentation here

    which suggests that the profile may also be corrupted. I guess that's too unlikely, since we tried to move everything to the new hard drive? If that failed half way for some reason, you could imagine that the data
    would be in a bad state, if the system is not transactional.

    says that if the profile is corrupted you must connect to xbox live to download the profile again. We cannot do that because we cannot connect to xbox live.

    If we try to delete the profile, it is still there when you turn the xbox on again. Again, that sounds like the internal storage is in a funny state. Not being able to delete the profiles, does not sound like a side effect of the account being banned.

    Is there no way to reformat the internal storage, and install all the software again from scratch? This is what I would be doing with a pc.
