    hi there, Ive never used this forum before or any forum for that matter but desperate times call for desperate measurses

    so to the point have any xbox 360 users out there had a pop up as you sign in saying that they need your email and password 4 that account 4 a security update/proof...well to put this straight I have but the main issue with it is that I know my email and
    password but yet when load to the finishing screen another popup appears stating that there was a problem please try again later. code: 80151012

    which I researched into and discovered that one would usually aquire this annoying error when downloading a profile.... I don't understand whats going on and would really appreciate some help on the matter...its strange as my profile
    was working fine yesterday....ps my primary account is unknown code s2....

    Also if you haven't updated your security and verified your proofs, please follow this link and click 'Manage your security info' and sign-in to update and verify:

    support.xbox.com/.../security-proofs

    If you're still having issues delete the profile from the console (profile only) if it's not already. Clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and then re-download your profile.

    Security proofs

    I keep getting asked to put in a code for security proofing but i cant access my other email account. I tried to update the security information on my xbox 360 but it gave me this error code 80151103. I do not understand this because this is a downloading
    profile error code not a security proofing code.

    Hello there, this actually sounds like you may need to update and verify your security proofs, please follow the link and click "manage your security info' and sign-in and add security proofs if you haven't already and also verify them through sending a
    code to the mobile number or email:
    support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof

    If you're still getting the error when signing-in, try deleting your profile from the console selecting the profile only option, clear your cache, restart the console and re-download your profile and hopefully you shouldn't see the error again.

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Clear system cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
