Error 8015000A when trying to download profile on backwards compatible games.

This only works on the games that require a 360 profile. This is a new account that I have made this year, not with a 360, yet whenever I try to download my profile, it let's me enter my email, password, but then it always gives me the same error code 8015000A: "The credentials you are using are invalid". I talked to Microsoft support for about 2 hours, did a variety of different things like creating an app password, clearing the Xbox 360 cache, etc. I'm using an Xbox one, and the games I've been trying to log into are Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Supreme commander 2.

Alright, thank you! I found out the error, I just deleted it off my 360, and redownload it. After that it downloaded to my Xbox one just fine!

Good morning, I'm trying everyday and still facibg the same problem and error.

Could you please tell us if there is any due date for the issue? What did say the support team about this issue?
