Error 80072751

sometimes the 80072751 error code means the firewall on the network is blocking the account from being download or any other processes on the account.

Ive tried a wired and unwired connection, reset my password, checked my billing address, cleared the cache, turned on and off both the router and the xbox.
i dont have another connection to test it with
Update:ive also now tried reseting the router and xbox at the same time, reformating my hardrive, adding my device manually to my Microsoft account

Im still having trouble, does anyone have a fix for this?

I noticed that I get disconnected within 5-15 minutes of signing in to Xbox LIVE. This happened 6 times in a row, which really annoyed me. I deleted my profile and whenever I tried to redownload it, I get different error codes. First, the error code was 80072741. I tried again and the error code was now 80072751. The 3rd time I tried to redownload my profile, the error status code was now 800704CD. Can anybody help me with this very annoying issue. P.S Fix your stuff, Microsoft."

Also, have you tried using a different WiFi/Hotspot?

Then I suggest contacting Microsoft as this seems to be an issue with the account.
