    Hello! I recently bought a Xbox one and I have wanted to replay in games of Xbox 360 however he asks me to download a profile of Xbox 360 which I do not have, I put my Microsoft identifier but he shows me this error message 80070428

    If this is games that you owned on a 360 you will have to logged in with the account that you used to purchase the games. If you have never owned the games on a 360 you will need to purchase any backwards compatible games that you want to play.
