Error 80070428 when trying to download profile

whenever I try to download my profile to my Xbox 360 I get error code 80070428 and it says for me to go to account.live.com to fix it and there is nothing there when I go. Help pls.

I cannot currently download my profile to XBox 360 as I get the 80070428 error. The reason I attempted to re-download my profile was that I was getting the 8007065b error when trying to start World of Tanks - after getting past the Dolby Splash page I got
a WoT Error code (E:1CG00), and then the 8007065b error code when I exited back out of WoT. I had the 8007065b problem last week, but has been OK until now - I was logged in OK about 4 hours ago, but I logged out about 1030 NZST 03/08/2018 (2230 UTC 02/08/2018);
when I logged back in 30 minutes later I had the problem. Any ETA on when this is getting fixed?

Literally haven't had any problems and am experiencing the exact same thing. I deleted my profilethijnking redownloading it would help ...now I'm stuck in this stasis as well.

 

Same problem. Trying to login Xbox 360 game Ms Splosion Man for my sister on the Xbox One and can't get it to download.

 

same. I was getting the error some live content is temporary unavailable. I read deleting and re downloading my profile might help. Now I can’t even redownload my profile.
