    For beginning I want to apologize for wrongs sentences that could come up to, because, despite of I be Brazilian and spend money with Microsoft, they aren't able to pay some Portuguese support.

    For a month now I'm trying to play some games on Xbox 360, however, the system ask me to update my safety data, I did, and even so, guess what? I couldn't play because this error keep coming up. What's funny, Microsoft still have my Credit Card data to
    take my 29,90 reals for month.

    I need a support here, I just want to play for some weekends on something that I pay for.

    Why does my xbox need better security than my BANK?!

    This is the most annoying thing I've ever dealt with.

    I've verified my phone about a dozen times.

    I still get a message indicating I can't use that number until it's been verified.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account While you're there, it's a good idea to check the other on your account, too. Code: 80049C0B" still wont let my verify it on my PC though

      5. Select Move.
      6. Select the Memory Unit that you want to move your profile to.

        Note A Memory Unit can be a USB flash drive, USB hard drive or Xbox 360 Hard Drive. Make sure that you move the profile to a USB flash drive or USB hard drive.
      7. Remove the USB flash drive or USB hard drive from your console.
