    I'm interested in signing up for a developer account but I keep receiving the following error:

    We have adjusted some information on your account, and you should be able to register in 96 hours. However, we do not see any previous Rewards Accounts for your account, so you do not have any previously earned Rewards Credits.

    No, every offline profile that I have (4) will ALL give the error the first time they are signed in. Does not matter when they are signed in, at the dashboard or in game. Even when the IP6 XBL live account is signed in, they will still give the error when
    signed in to XBL.

    Here's how the xbox is started, I power it up, use the controller to select any offline account, it gives the error, it doesn't matter if I test or not, when kinect recognizes (or it's signed in with the controller) the next account it will give the error.
    When the third is signed in, it also gives the error. Fourth as well.

    It does not matter if I test the connection for every test, it will always error as soon as the 2nd or 3rd or 4th account is recognized or signed in with the controller.
