Error 7083 in Prime Video

Discus and support Error 7083 in Prime Video in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I downloaded Prime Video on my Xbox 360 today. I loggt me in an it worked.     I downloaded Prime Video on my Xbox 360 today. I loggt me in an it worked. But when i want to lauch a Video, it doesnt work and just sais Error 7083. Know someone how to fix it?

    I am having the same issue for over a week. After 2 hours on the phone with Amazon Tech, it doesn't seem to be a Prime issue.

    Is Microsoft doing anything to resolve the issue?

    Do you get a specific error message? Or what exactly prevents you from connecting to Amazon Prime Video?

    Are you able to watch Prime Video on other devices, or through your web browser?

    Amazon prime HDCP issues error 7281

    I have a Sony XBR and I've encountered the same error with Prime, but only on my Xbox One X and like ChrisWoodcroft stated, once I disable the 4K display setting and switch my Xbox video over to 1080P, it appears to mitigate my chances running into this
    error. My PS4 and first generation Xbox One run Prime Video on my Sony XBR perfectly fine.

    Oddly though, I only encounter this error with Prime Video; Netflix and all other apps on my Xbox One X work just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Prime Video, but to no avail in circumventing this HDCP error.

    I'm hoping the growing prevalence of this HDCP error is being noticed by Microsoft as it seems to be an Xbox-specific problem right now and I imagine a future update can easily remedy this.
