Error 69-80004005 No one's gonna love you-Band of Horses 2007 Jonesy's Jukebox

I was able to play the music video No one's gonna love you-(Jonesy's Jukebox) by Band of Horses 2007 as recently as a few weeks ago on my old Xbox 360 which red ringed. Now on my new/used Xbox 360 the file gives me the 69-80004005 error code and won't play on either of my 2 profiles. Will a license transfer fix the issue on this and other unplayable files? I don't think this video is available for re-download.

The video is on the internal hard drive of the new Xbox 360, copied over from the removable hard drive of the red ringed 360.

In the 360 dashboard if you go to Settings and select Account it gives a License Transfer option. From what I understand there may be 2 licenses for downloaded content, one tied to a gamer profile and one tied to the specific console you originally download the content on. The license transfer option is the one tied to a certain console and can be switched to a different console a limited number of times per year. I'm wondering if this will let unplayable files work.

Also The Guild web series can only be streamed now and not downloaded due to some licensing issue.

Oh yea, I get it now. Yes, the license transfer could help. Also If you go to Xbox Video->My Videos->Account Management->There you should be able to redownload your Xbox Video purchases.
