    Hello to all.

    write here for exhaustion.

    Since June I can't play Rainbow 6 Siege. I immediately reported to ubisoft the problem and they followed me without solving and now it is more than a month that I have no news.

    From the innumerable tests I have understood that my account is blocked but only in the game rainbow 6 siege and only on xbox, other games or from the computer I don't find blocks.

    Has anyone had the same problem and been solved?

    Besides ubisoft support is there a way to contact them to solve the problem?

    Sorry to hear it. If you have an Xbox and PS account linked to Ubi try unlinking one of them. Another thing to try is turn off two step verification

    People have found that trying either thing works for them
