Error 42 and NAT is open can't log into Rocket League multi player games

I think there is a port need to be open with your internet

Check your NAT type settings as this may have something to do with why you cannot connect to an online game in Rocket League.

For the best possible gaming experience and connectivity rate to games you would want your NAT type set to open, which can be done by pressing the 'test nat type' button on the network settings menu. It normally takes one or two attempts to change to an
open setting.

I apologise for posting a possible solution to this players problem. I have been recieving these error messages since day 1 and changing my NAT status last weekend fixed it. Up to then I only managed to races leagues once and race multi-player once, not
due to lack of trying.

It's the original version of xbox one, 500go I think, bought it in a pack with fifa 16.

In french the message is "synchronisation des données pour Rocket League...", something like "synchronization of datas for Rocket League..." (or any other game).

Now this problem stopped though but sometimes I still can't connect to xbox live and play the games I bought online.

Can you send us your NAT type, MTU, and detailed network stats?

If removing your profile does not permanently fix it their may be a network issue with that error showing up.
