As this video card is already out of date, it is likely that Nvidia no longer makes new drivers for this card. I recommend removing the drivers completely and downloading them again from the Nvidia website. If the problem persists, I'm afraid you'll have to upgrade your video card to one that is at the minimum recommended the game needs.

Let's try some of the following steps:

1. Delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache

and then restart your PC.

2. Also make sure that all necessary services are running to resolve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

-Open the Start menu, search for Services, and then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all the Xbox entries (they're near the bottom).
-Gaming services (there are 2)
-Xbox Accessories Management Service
-Xbox Live Authentication Manager
-Save game from Xbox Live
-Xbox Live Network Service
-When you find them, right click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running, you can skip them.
