Error 0xC03F6603 occurs when trying to install a game in the Microsoft Store or Xbox...

This error occurs when the game you are installing from the disc is also being installed simultaneously from Microsoft Store service.
To resolve this problem, try deleting and then installing the game from the disc in offline mode. Once the game is downloaded, switch your Xbox One back online. Here's how:https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/errors/error-code-0x87e00065

I had a similar problem and reseting my pc worked for me, other stuff might work without reseting though.
