What do you mean exactly by "Copy file Installer from my friend"?

Is this a legal copy? (Please be honest, if not. I and the developer can't assist you with this)

Is this happening only with this game, right? Yes
And what did you tried so far to fix this? In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

- Update / Reinstall Microsoft .NET

- Update / Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages

- Run Application as Administrator

- Update Windows.

Note:
Before I Reinstall my Windows I can open My Game, but after I reinstall my Windows I can't be Opened Again

In the meantime, make sure your Windows system, hardware drivers and apps are up to date

I see, let's try this mate:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

**Check manufacturer website in order to download and get the latest driver version for your components
