    Error: 0xc0000189


    this error code happens a lot past few days... the xbox home button does not work anymore. when pressing this the screen gets a bit darker as if the menu pops out, but it´s not poppong out. i still have almost full controll about my game or whatever i may
    do in that moment... after about one minute i get the following message: A Problem accured. Try again in a few moments. when you still recieve this message, go to xbox.com/errorhelp and search for code: 0xc0000189

    when searching for this error the website tells me this error is invalid, not existant....

    the only help out of this problem is to reset my xbox by holding the xbox button on the console. i thought this might be solved by a console update, but it stiull accures after the update yesterday...

    i am streaming, and when this happens the stream automaticly ends and i have to reset my console. this is unacceptable...

    and YES, i alredy did powercycle all my devices, i already reset my router, my xbox is connected to the internet by wire etc etc etc. thanks to microsoft i know all the steps i have to do to MAYBE solve the problem.

    The code is from xbox. I keep getting this code while trying to get into hulu. It states to go to xbox.com/errorhelp. Then It says to enter code, we enter

    0xc0000189 and it states:

    Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0xc0000189".

    This is where xbox said to go with this code. Why doesn't xbox error help recognise it's own code. Please update the Xbox help site.

    Hi, i'm from South Africa, and started having the same issue, does anybody have any answers of the problem yet?

    We only get this when we start up Netflix, seems our other apps on the Xbox one S works fine, and i bought the xbox in Feb 2019.

    I have this problem with Netflix for about 2 weeks on my xbox one x in Alpha skip ahead. Netflix on my xbox one in Alpha works fine at the moment.
