error 0xa3e903ee when installing an EA play game on the xbox game pass app on pc

Reinstall the EA desktop app and when the login screen appears select the option to log in with your Xbox account and try to install some game through the EA app.

EA games in the EA Play library are accessible for download within the Xbox Game Pass experience using the Xbox app for Windows via the EA app, now in beta. Could I know if you already linked the Microsoft account that has Game Pass active and your EA account?
This question is asked because according to the following FAQ, “To get started on PC, Ultimate and PC Game Pass members will first need to link their Xbox and EA accounts and make sure they have the EA app installed on their PC. The Xbox app for Windows PC will walk you through the setup process.

If you have played an EA Play game on your console, your Xbox, and EA accounts are likely linked, so you should ensure you sign in to the Xbox app for Windows PC with that same Xbox account you use for console.

Once you have installed the EA app and link your accounts you will be able to browse the EA Play catalog and download games through the Xbox app for Windows PC via the EA app.”

If you’re an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC member, you’ll need to link your EA and Xbox accounts, and then make sure you have EA Desktop (Beta) installed on your PC. If you don’t, the Xbox app on Windows 10 will walk you through the setup process.
