    I've got the ultimate pass, it works fine on console but refuses to download on PC for some reason.

    Spent the past while googling and apparently its an authentication issue between the two accounts but again i've signed in and out of everything and linked and unlinked and everything is definitely the right account and the subscription is still active.

    Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
    If it's on PC, are you on Windows 11 or 10?

    And, only with this EA Play game? If you try with another the issue persists?

    And, please tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things
