Error 0x91d7000a to read 4K Blu Ray after connect Soundbar YAS 107

Hello !

Sorry for my english, i'm from France and i try to do my best for resolve my problem.

I have a Xbox One X and an OLED 4K TV (LG 55B8). I can run 4K blu Ray on my One X no problem.

But since yesterday, i got an Yamaha YAS 107 soundbar for christmas.

So here is my configuration :

HDMI OUT (Xbox) to HDMI IN (YAS 107)

HDMI OUT ARC (Yas 107) to HDMI ARC (TV)

I have the picture and the sound, but i can play a BR 4K on my One X

I have this error 0x91d7000a. Apparently is a probleme of HDCP. My TV can run HDCP, soundbar aswell.

Someone can help me ?

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with playing 4k Blu Ray movies on your console after connecting a sound bar. Can you try

performing a power cycle on the console.I also recommend changing the video settings on the console from auto detect to HDMI. Once that is completed I suggest changing the resolution to 4k. This should fix the problem. Please let us know how it goes.

I have reboot and perform a power cycle on console.

When i going to the video settings, i have the choice beetween 720p, 1080p or 4K UHD.

I choose the 4K UHD. But same problem. I can't run a BR 4K or a normal BRDisc.

Enraging Chaos

After troubleshooting some more last night I was able to successfully get blu ray discs and 4k blu ray discs by changing the resolution in settings to 1080p and then back to 4k. I believe this forced the "handshake" which got rid of my HDCP error that I
was getting. (Error 0x91d7000a)

Just wanted to pass this along. Curious if this resolves the issue for others!

My Xbox One is reading games but when I insert a Dvd and open Blu-ray player I get the error code 0x91d70000.

Hello there!

I recommend that you try following the steps on this link first in order to resolve the issue Error 0x91d7000a occurs when you try to load a Blu-ray Disc on Xbox One | Xbox Support.

If the issue persists please try clearing your persistent storage following the steps below:

1- Go to settings

2- Select devices and connections

3- Select Blu-ray

4- Choose persistent storage and clear it

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.
