    Please help, I have just activated my code for a 12 month period of Xbox Gold, and now it is saying that I need to upgrade. i have already checked Subscriptions to check that I have installed it, but still my console is saying I don't have it. What can I
    do?

    On a PC, sign into your Microsoft Account

    Select Services and Subscriptions

    Verify that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is listed under your account, and that it shows current.

    If all that is good, then try to delete, and re-download your profile on your Xbox One, like shown here:

    Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

    hi ,

    i have 2 Subscription:

    Xbox Live Gold Expires on 20/02/2017

    Prepaid 3M Xbox LIVE Gold Expires on14/04/2017

    when i try to Start a party , , on xbox one menu a pop up window apears with "Buy Gold" so i click NO - then this error 0x89231022 apears .

    can someone help me ?
