Error 0x87e50007 trying to launch FIFA 22

Thanks for all your help. Xbox Support finally helped me resolve the problem.

If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes and the game is installed from there please move the game and then perform a powercycle.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Thanks for the suggestion. Here's how it went:

1. I followed those directions (clear mac address, restart, etc)
   
2. When I tried to load the game, I got error 0x87e5000a, which is a different error
   
3. The first suggestion on the help page for that error (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-0x87e5000a) is to try launching the game again, which I did.
   
4. Now I'm back to error 0x87e50007 again (what I originally posted). I've already done all the suggestions at the help page above, other than sending in the Xbox for repair.
   

One thing I forgot to mention: I'm on an Xbox One S.

I called Xbox Support, and we finally got this issue resolved. We tried a ton of things, so it's hard to know exactly what worked. In the end, I think this is what did it:

1. Uninstalled FIFA 22
   
2. Reset your console > Reset and keep my games & apps
   
3. After the reset and when I was setting up, there was a prompt that was something like "We've found previous settings/preferences, do you want to keep them?", and I picked "No thanks."
   
4. After the reset was complete, then I reinstalled FIFA 22
   

Though I had repeatedly uninstalled/reinstalled FIFA 22 before, and reset the console several times, I think this was the first time I had uninstalled FIFA and reset the console before reinstalling FIFA again.
