error 0x87e10013 trying to play Mechwarrionr mercenaries 5 in Xbox One

I'm getting the error 0x87e10013 while trying to play Mechwarrionr mercenaries 5 in Xbox One. I read that the error happens when the game is not compatible with Xbox One and only runs on Xbox Series X, but the fact is that i bought this game cause it says on the box and on the DVD that is Xbox One compatible. What can i do now?

I can confirm that he game is compatible on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

After that, search the game on the Microsoft Store App "MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries" then check if you can install the game from there.
