    I tried to check the error code, however, there is no related article from Xbox support. I only found the error code "0x87e00065" which is an issue installing a disc game. To help and guide you with the necessary steps, I would like to clarify if this is a physical disc game?

    If this is a digital game, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues so if you have an external hard drive, please unplug it and perform a powercycle on your console before installing the game again. Keep the hard drive unplugged.
