error 0x877DD0017

hi i cant connect my controller to my account nor i am able to connect my account to the xbox it self im online in xbox live thats at least what my xbox tells me even so i have a stable internet connection in my home network with a 8mb upload and a 49mb
download rate at 13 ms

so how can i solve this issue?

Credentials error

credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

 

Any one heard about Error code E25 ?
