Error 0x83860012 We couldn't sync your data.....

Turn the game on, attempts to load and fails with that error. Have tried a factory reset and did not fix.

Hi RabanserD,

Thanks for your post. Be sure to clear your local save games, this will remove them from your console and then force sync the latest save data from the cloud. To do so follow the steps below.

Enter the settings for your console
Select System
Choose Storage
Select Clear Local saved games
Allow the console to restart

Same issue, different game. The above resettinf option did not work for me.

Sorry to hear about this syncing issue, let's try to get your console back up and running. We suggest you try a

factory reset while keeping your games and apps (on the console that is not syncing) by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

If this doesn't work it could be a network issue, as that is the only variable between the two consoles. Let us know what the result is!

Hi,

Unfortunately this didn’t solve the issue, it still goes to 99% and then fails (it syncs only the smaller saved game).

Syncing data for other games worked, this somehow only affects Subnautica.

@{Parity} hard reset didn't work either.
