    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Windows Key+X > Settings > System > System Components > Search for Game Bar > click the three dots ... > Advanced > Restore

    Then, on the same page, press Repair.

    After that, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.

    Not trying to be an A Hole but I’ve done this. For the past 6 days. Nothing is working period. Someone took over my pc from Microsoft and they couldn’t fix it.

    In this situation, I would recommend a system reset.

    You can follow these steps:

    Windows 11:

    Go to Start > Settings > System > Recovery. Next to Reset this PC, select Reset PC. Then, select Keep My Files.

    Windows 10:

    Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started. Then, select Keep My Files.
