Discus and support Error 0x82323018 when I try to create a screenshot in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For a support ticket, I need to make screen captures of my network settings.     Error 0x82323018 when I try to create a screenshot


    For a support ticket, I need to make screen captures of my network settings. However, when I try to do that I get error "Screenshot failed [0x82323018]".

    I already checked, and my capture setting is set so that both I and Games are allowed to make captures, so that should not be the problem.

    Unfortunately I can’t help with the error code issue, however, you could just take a photo of your settings using your phone then upload them to the Xbox Support Ticket.

    To better isolate your issue, we would like to know the answers of the following questions:

    May we know if you are in the middle of the game when you tried to capture your screen?

    May we ask for the title of the game?

    Is there an issue taking a screenshot on other games?

    Based on support article XtfCaptureRecordedGameClip, Error Code: 0x82323018 means the current title has blocked recording. So, if the said that the error message only appears on one game then this is the answer you need.

    I'm sorry Javier, my op wasn't clear. I have tried these recommended solutions prior to posting.

    Solution 1 - I do not have xbox live

    Solution 2 - everything is good

    Solution 3 - unsuccessful after multiple attempts both when adding the account and after adding the account via settings

    Solution 4 - my account is the only account in the console
