Error 0x82323018 when I try to create a screenshot

Unfortunately I can’t help with the error code issue, however, you could just take a photo of your settings using your phone then upload them to the Xbox Support Ticket.

To better isolate your issue, we would like to know the answers of the following questions:

May we know if you are in the middle of the game when you tried to capture your screen?

May we ask for the title of the game?

Is there an issue taking a screenshot on other games?

Based on support article XtfCaptureRecordedGameClip, Error Code: 0x82323018 means the current title has blocked recording. So, if the said that the error message only appears on one game then this is the answer you need.

now I cannot post a screenshot of it as I’m getting an error when trying to upload it

I'm sorry Javier, my op wasn't clear. I have tried these recommended solutions prior to posting.

Solution 1 - I do not have xbox live

Solution 2 - everything is good

Solution 3 - unsuccessful after multiple attempts both when adding the account and after adding the account via settings

Solution 4 - my account is the only account in the console
