i have gotten my xbox account permanently ban for a very aggressive message but i got no warning that such message would get ban permanently i would love to keep playing with only a warning but that is not the case and like to apologize for the message praying that it gets me unban because this player that reported me was using game chat and was saying very rude things worse than what i said yet i do not think he got a punishment so i beg that this ban gets lowered to a week or somthing because i did not start this mess

Keep in mind that in accordance with the Xbox Community Standards:

We may permanently suspend a profile or device if we can no longer trust it due to a severe violation, or if our attempts to correct repeated negative behaviors are unsuccessful. Under permanent suspension, the owner of the suspended profile forfeits all licenses for games and other content, Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass membership time, and Microsoft account balances.

If your account is permanently banned then you forfeit any remaining subscriptions & digital content bought on that account.Nothing is refunded.

This is something you agreed to when starting your account.

hola, el dia de ayer 11 de enero del 2022 fui sancionado de manera permanente de xbox live, no estoy seguro pero creo que fue por un mensaje que le mande a otro jugador por actividad antideportiva, (abandona partidas cuando va perdiendo) le mande un mensaje no ofensivo de tan alta magnitud como para ser sancionado, al entrar a la pagina de enforcement aparece que tengo un historial impecable, por lo cual siento que es excesivo la sanción, no me aparece fecha o días de sanción solo que es permanente, cuando reviso mi estatus aparece que mi cuenta esta perfectamente funcionando pero no me deja iniciar en xbox mi perfil y me sale inmediatamente el mensaje de suspensión permanentemente, me gustaría recibir apoyo ya que trate de comunicarme en otros medios de soporte y no he recibido algún apoyo, gracias
